a lovely Quality Victorian cast brass Outer Triangle cut outs with a Geometric 8 pointed Star in the centre

Has what is probably the makers name on the hanger I can only make out a couple of the letters due to harness wear M ...ONE .. ?

with obvious harness wear in the right places
