Measures approx 3.5" x 2.25" (size does not include threads)

Set onto a 1" x 3" box wood base with threads intact, can be removed with ease if base is not required

Ideal for filling in the gaps between your displayed Larger Size Horse Brasses and are also Collectable in their own rights !!

This decorative brass fly terret (or "Swinger" if you like!) were originally attached to the crown band in place of plumes on top of a horse's head, the hinge at the top allowed the amulets they encompassed to swing.

Has the obvious signs of age like wear at the joints (hinge) & is of a fair weight, amulet "catches" the outer circle slightly

   The patina  Reflects the Age of this Brass
